This sounds like depression. A natural urge when depressed is to isolate yourself from others, which only makes things worse. As Maddie suggested, go see a doctor and a therapist to get some help and learn to jump over this hurdle. What you describe is not unusual for someone with depression. A lot of us, including me, cut ourselves from others. We find it hard to talk to other people. It is social phobia.
Are you on medication? I find it has helped me so much to overcome what you describe. There is a reason, you are depressed. You are not alone, Many of us are exactly like you. We will support you through this. If you have not been prescribed medication, then I urge you to see a doctor.
