I want to be alone.

Over the last few months Ive been finding it harder to keep a conversation going, I haven't left the house in weeks and I don't want to be around my friends. I don't know why, but I just feel so horrible for no reason all the time,  I constantly fine myself having rapid moods swings from feeling absolutely infuriated or incredibly down and numb. On the occasion that i feel okay it never lasts. I really need help I don't whats wrong..

This sounds like depression.  A natural urge when depressed is to isolate yourself from others, which only makes things worse.  As Maddie suggested, go see a doctor and a therapist to get some help and learn to jump over this hurdle.  If you need help along the way, those of us here who can are more than willing to help answer your questions.

What you describe is not unusual for someone with depression.  A lot of us, including me, cut ourselves from others.  We find it hard to talk to other people.  It is social phobia.

Are you on medication?  I find it has helped me so much to overcome what you describe.  There is a reason, you are depressed.  You are not alone, Many of us are exactly like you.  We will support you through this.  If you have not been prescribed medication, then I urge you to see a doctor.
