Like the others have said ,don't let others bring you down .

I think you need to talk to your parents about how you feel and if you cant talk to them then to your doctor and ask him to send you to talk to a councilor .and most school have councilors.and of you go to one and you don't like that one you can always ask to change to a new one.

I really think you need to talk to someone.

if you want you can send me a message and I will talk to you.
we are all god people and he made us .and wouldn't want you to feel this way.

You are at an age that makes it difficult to be accepted by your peers because of your weight, and this weighs heavily on you.  First of all do not allow others to dictate to you how you must look.  The most attractive thing in a woman is self-confidence regardless of her size.  I too, was very overweight, but have lost 45 lbs since Jan. and it's was so easy to do, I am never hungry and have absolutely no cravings.  I have gone from a size 16 to and 8!  If you are interested in how I did this drop me a note and I will be happy to tell you.  My daughter taught me how to eat so that I would never be hungry, and the weight just fell off.  Second get moving, walking is easy and it is the best single exercise you can do, and the more you do, the easier it will get.  Although I feel you should be proud and hold your head up no matter what your size, we know that this will hurt your health in the long run.  Decide today that you are going to get a new attitude, and ignore people who are so rude to say "if only you were thinner" they are obviously very callous.  You have all the power, use it!  By alowing others to make you feel bad, you are giving away your power, don't do this.  I do agree with whodunnit, that you ned to get a good check-up, and a new attitude.  Start walking, if this is the only activity you do, that's fine as it's all I have ever done.  It is good for your heart, bones, mind, spirit, and you will lose weight.  If you want help with the weight, please contact me.  It is not a diet, but a way of life so you don't have to worry about gaining the weight back.  Dolly Parton eats the same way, and this is how she lost her weight and has kept if off all these years.  You will be amazed at how simple it is, and cheap!

Hi Turkish,

Sometimes we need to learn to accept ourselves as we are and learn to love ourselves. You see, if we don't accept ourselves no one else will either as they can see the rejection in you.

If you have had problems with weight all your life maybe you need to face the true options. No doubt you've tried more diets etc than most could imagine and the result is? Nothing right? A small loss initially for some diets and then it comes back on, and sometimes more.

There is no great secret to weight control Turkish. Firstly it is heavily influenced by genetics so that if your family history shows big people with a lot of weight you are not likely to change that with dieting are you?

The only way for us to control our weight is to eat healthily and exercise regularly. I don't do this so I too am carrying too much. But a change to eating properly and exercising is what we all need if we want to regularise our weight and fitness.

I'm not that bothered with mine as I'm more focused on dealing with my depression than any other oissue. It needs most of my attention.

Whereas your down or depression is at least partially driven by your owmn image of yourself. As in, too much weight. In this regrad I'd suggest the first step os to see a doc and have a complete physical. It may be there is a medical reason you haven't been aware of. Once you've done the phsyical and eliminated or identified any issues then you will know if you are fit and healthy or not.

If you are fit and healthy the rest is attitude, not appearance. Truky.
