Hypnotisum
I have depression problem since 16 years old. I want to come out of this? Can Hypnotism will help me to come out of this. Pls suggest any disadvantages are there?
Anything is worth trying. If you believe hypnotism will help, then have a try. Have you asked a hypnotist if he can help with depression?

Granted I have never tried it but I have read into it and if I could afford it, I would do it. I already do meditation and prayer to help with my depression and it works very well. Like I said if I could afford it I would so do it. If you go through with it please let me know if it works.
