Mood swings/Insecure problems

Lately i have been having alot of mood swings. Mainly to do with me thinking my boyfriend is looking at girls. I can't watch tv with him or movie, because i really do believe he's looking at them. I can't control my thoughts It's getting worst. I'm negative towards everything, feel like i'm cursed & that everyone is out to get me. I'm negative towards kyle, i never believe anything he says.. i've lost intrepid in sex & everyday activities. I have alot of insecure problems & the slightest thing can kick me off & put me in a mood. but it's mainly to do with girls. I'm constantly worrying that he is looking at another girl or fancying someone. I can't seem to accept it & it hurts & it just doesn't seem right to me. we don't go out any more because even that is a problem. I accuse him of looking at girls, i can't watch tv with him or watch movies as it's this bad.
Kyle thinks i may have some kind of depression or something? he wants me to go to the GP & tell them how i feel but i'm abit scared & worried. Can anyone help or relate to me?
& give me some advise please?
Thanks alot guys

Hi Karina:  I'm not saying you are young...but my experience:  I was alot like you when I was young.  I learned some lessons that I will share with you and I hope it will help you.  I used to get so jealous over TV and movies...stare at my b/f and see if he was looking too long or too HARD.  Now that I'm older, it seems silly....but I DO know that it is not silly when you are going thru it...its so REAL.  I learned it was all because I was insecure...I also learned that when I spoke up or got into arguments about him looking at other women...that I felt WORSE.  Because then my insecurities were exposed.  I get the impression that your boyfriend is understanding because he is telling you to go get help from a Dr. and he is not telling you that you are a lunatic.  I'm sure you feel like a lunatic thou.  So...what I have learned is....you CANT make anyone love you...they either do or they don't....If he didn't want to be with you...he wouldn't be....you can't force anyone to be with you.  If he leaves you, there will be a replacement.  You know that he will not be able to be with any of the TV chics...so try to work on not saying anything and see if you feel better.  You think because he is oogling TV chics that there is a potential that he is oogling other chics...Guys look at girls....girls look at guys.  I do NOT want to be with every guy I think is cute.  Do you want to be with every guy you think is cute? NO...so try to look at him as you would look at yourself....Base your feelings on the way he TREATS you...If he treats you good...than you have to treat him good.  If you don't feel like you can handle being in a relationship...or that you have to treat him like crap...than you shouldn't be with anyone until you feel healthy about yourself.  Its not fair to him to get yelled at or be punished if he is watching a TV show...its not fair to you to not be able to watch a TV show without being jealous.  Next time a girl comes on the screen....do something different....bury your head on his shoulder till it passes...or go get something to eat..distract your jealousy feelings. Don't blame him for your feelings...and don't accuse him or punish him like he is doing something wrong when you know that these are your issues and not his.
