Please Help

Every month I go through a cycle, where the 1st week Im fine, but by the 2nd week um depressed, 3rd week I'm mean to everyone. The 3rd week is when my period comes and it's pretty normal except it's normally a week or more late. And the cramps are excruciating. Every month each of those weeks my mood intensifies. It has been getting worse for 2 years since I had my son.

And I don't mean I'm sad, I mean that I get really down on my self, and when I get mean I get really mean, I realize it sometimes but I just can't stop and I hate my self for it.

This sounds like PMDD. The feelings never really subside...and let me guess when ur on ur period you feel rather numb? This may be treatable if you talk to your ob about medications for your stress and depression. It also seems that this is related to your menstral cycle because of your irregularity. Something worth a shot. Its hard to feel the same after a child

I think libby8686 is on the right track about your situation. Look up PMDD and read the symptoms and I bet you will see yourself there. If you do then make an appointment with a gyno as soon as possible and they have I think low dose birth control pills to control this, I mean I am not positive. But I do know that I have heard of this before and it it not you but this PMDD and it is totally fixable.
Best wishes,
Angela
