Require your opinion

I am 29 year old. I think negative & these thoughts are generated on a repetitive basis. I am under constant headache. It has even resulted in stiffness & pain in my right arm. I haven't taken any medication for this till now. What can be the right step under such a situation. I feel bad about myself most of the time.

Hi there sweetie and welcome.  I'm sorry you are feeling so bad!

This is probably an obvious question but have you talked to your doctor about this. Depression is very treatable.  Depression can cause an array of physical symptoms.  although I'm not sure about the arm situation.  But it can make us much more sensitive to  pain.

Please consider seeing your doctor. Even a primary care doctor can point you in the right direction.

Stay in contact with the forum as there are lots of terrific people here that can do their best to help you. peace
