14 years old is indeed young but it might be psychotic episodes or something somehow leading to bi-polarity as it could be and it is very likely, that is is schizo but at this age who knows if she's just shizotypal or schizoid, well you wanna know if it's a personality disorder or a psychotic disorder. In females real psychotic disorders tend to appear later than in men, who are starting to get symptoms between adolescence and early adulthood.
In psychotic disorder medication is a very good way to treat symptoms. Therapy is always a plus.

Yeah...I'll do that don't worry i know she needs therapy and help thank you :)
Well this will certainly be the cause...This abuse can certainly cause her the problems you speak of.
She needs long term help with this. Therapy and a safe environment. Everyone needs this and she moreso.
If she is experiencing problems in her home..contact local youth and family services on her behalf. She needs to be in a safe and supportive environment where she can get therapy and a renewed sense of well being.
Her future depends on it..!! Good luck and God bless!
The doctor said she has PTSD but it's not really psychotic i know she has something there and she was sexually abused from 6-12 years old she told the police when she was 13 so...That had a huge inpact.
14 is young for the onset of schizophrenia, but ...
"typically begins in early adulthood; between the ages of 15 and 25"

Psychosis can be caused by a number of things.
What is her home situation like? Is it possible she is being abused by someone?
Perhaps you can contact your local gov't childrens services and let them help her.
DON'T WAIT! Good luck
I knew it was something psychotic but is it possible for her to get schizophrenia at 14 years of age?
I sounds like she is experiencing some type of psychotic episode.
It may be the first signs of schizophrenia or other psyciatric event causing thought disorder.
It's tough to tell based on your description but what you say sounds like classic paranoid schizophrenia.
I'm not a doctor but I think she should get some immediate help.
