Sexual troubles on Effexor

Anyone else find it almost impossible to orgasm while taking anti-depressants!???!!

god I know it's a horrible thing to come off of....and my dose is 450mg :S

I was able to have orgasms but it was hard work! I only got up to a Effexor xr 75mg dose before I couldn't handle the side effects, I weaned myself off of it, which really sucked too...

It's just that Effexor is the only one I've tried (and I've tried a lot) that seems to have any effect on my mood so I'm really hesitant to switch again :(

Yes, many anti-depressants cause low sex drive. If you are having a problem you need to talk to your doctor about being prescribed a different anti-depressant.

Back when I was on lexapro (another antidepressant) I had that problem (well, the guy version of it, lol).
