Withdrawal Cold Turkey From Effexor 12 months on

Hi All
As you may know I love to come on here and help others i've been brought up to just get on with things.
There's one thing I am not made of stone far from it, I had a good cry at a Womens Group today, it did me good !
The bottom line is ive been off effexor over 12 months and still have withdrawal symptoms coming and going, you'd feel like your going crazy if we didn't know better !!!!
This morning I woke at 4 am lovely, my hormones make symptoms come back and then theres symptoms of IBS
and heartburn not pleasant. I think I am a little frustrated because I carn't really come off dolsulipin till these
symptoms pack there bags and leave heres hoping and praying !!!!!!
I'm great at giving advice to others folks but when it's you it's a bitter pill to swallow !!
I must remember to be patient with me and treat me with kid gloves it helps to except were you are up to !
Love
Lorraine xx
