I'm getting an adrenaline rush through my torso right as I fall asleep. It wakes me up so many times and is also accompanied by a light-headed feeling just before it happens. I've had to go back on amitriptylineAmitriptyline Amitriptyline hydrochloride Amitriptyline-chlordiazepoxide Amitriptyline-perphenazine, but I really don't like taking it. I've been on Zoloft for 5-6 years and got off it a few months before this started. In between then I have been prescribed amitriptylineAmitriptyline Amitriptyline hydrochloride Amitriptyline-chlordiazepoxide Amitriptyline-perphenazine and Celexa instead because Zoloft was giving me RLS symptoms as I fell asleep. I still have them to this day, only it's a lot less since being off Zoloft. I had trembling and stuff like that from withdrawal for a few weeks when I decided to stop all of these prescribed meds 3 months ago. Then the withdrawal seemed to go away and I thought I was clear. I switched to the natural herb 5-htp and it was helping just as well as Zoloft had. Until I started getting these panic attks as I fell asleep, and occasional panic during the day. I've never had panic attks until now so I'm thinking it's from withdrawal, even though it's been a few months since I switched to 5-htp. Anyway, I hate having to be on amitritypline because of the numbness it makes me feel as well as constipation. I took 50mg of Zoloft a day and I was on Celexa at the time I went cold turkey on all antidepressants. I would prefer a natural remedy for the RLS and panic disorder.
