anyone tell me the name of an anti deppresent that will make you loose appetite?

hi all

im new to this site, just been diagnosed with ms and feel so down, also im eating to much, which is making me also feel very low. i need to go to doc to prescribe me some anti d, can anyone give me the name of any of the anti d's that will reduce appetite, i know there are many, just not sure which is good, or what has bad side effects. the medication im on has high depression side effect so im recomended get something from doc.any advise out there

You should ask your doctor about this as they are the best at prescribing the proper medication for someone with other health issues such as MS. Just explain your concerns and what you do and don't want out of your medication should you start to take it. And if possible, make an appointment with a psychiatrist to evaluate you rather than a family doctor. Family doctor's do a fine job and many prescribe exactly what a patient needs but if you see a psychiatrist they will have a lot more to offer you in the way of knowledge and training on psychiatric drugs.
