It will pass, you are not always going to feel this way, things get better trust me,I should know, been through your pain aswell. There are plenty of great people here at medhelp you can talk to anytime.PM us.
Hang in there. Feelings change. Life changes. And you don't want to miss it if good things are in store. Sometimes pain and bad things break you down and force you to rebuild yourself bigger and stronger. Therapy is a good idea to talk thru feelings. Meds may help. Pastor is an option. Sometimes it's really us or yourself that has all the right Answers if you get still and quiet enough to listen. Best wishes. And if you hav suicidal thoughts--- call a hotline or get with a friend ASAP. Don't mess around. You are valuable. You are here in ths life. Hold on. Hope ths helps a little. U aren't alone.
I am so sorry that you are suffering so much, but please do not end your life. There is hope and I am living proof. I have major depression and have been under a psychiatrist's care and have tried all of the meds available plus ECT, but nothing worked. I have a daughter and still wanted to die so much. I wanted to end it all. It was a terrible existence. The pain was horrible. But then my doc gave me Parnate, an old drug, but it worked. It literally changed my life. Yes I do have my depressed moments but I bounce back quicker and feel much better. So there is hope when you think there is none.
The key is to find the right doc, ask around, look in the internet for your area, ask your primary doc for a referral. You need to get help. You have to be very patient because it is not a quick fix, it never is. But the wait is worth it.
You are a strong person, I know this because you are still alive and are asking for help.
I know that in your state of depression right now it is even hard to take a shower or get out of bed, no energy, no strength to do the smallest task. But you must try and get help immediately.
We are all here for you in the meantime and anytime to help you by just listening or whatever.
You are not alone.
Hope you feel better,
Angela
