I think instead of trying to get off you should try to get rid of depression. I can tell you some natural treatments to get rid of depression:
Get in a routine.
Set goals.
Exercise.
Eat healthy.
Get enough sleep.
Take on responsibilities.
Challenge negative thoughts.
Check with your doctor before using supplements.
Do something new.
Try to have fun.

Dear Corey, I've just left you a post. You mentioned the fact you pray. That's wonderful. Sometimes it's good to be specific. I have a tape program, it's Alladins Lamp stuff. Like if you had 3 wishes, but the wishes needed to be very narrow & clear. Not just I want to be happy. But happy doing what ? Happy going where? Happy being with kids, adults, husband, whom do you wish to be happy with and why? The brain needs this stimulation to change it's mood. Pamela. Doing away with yourself is Not an Option.
