depression

is panic attacts a sign of depression?

That sounds like panic attacks. I would suggest you seek out a good therapist and learn how to deal with these attacks as they come upon you. Once you learn how to deal with them they then come less and less.

well sometimes when im driving ifeel like evrything is closing in and i feel i cant breath then i start to sweat and i start shaking what can that be

i have anxiety panic attacks and i find clonazepam helps alot better then paxil, have had a friend and my daughter end up more depressed from taking paxil

Panic disorders can exist separately from depression.  However, when some people have panic attacks for a long period, they can become agoraphobic, socially withdraw, and become depressed.  Depression frequently is accompanied by feelings of anxiety, and sometimes with panic disorders.  SSRI medications help both depressive and panic disorders.
