You seem to be depressed and depression is a difficult thing to deal with. The good news is you can start any time you are ready to come out of it. What options do you have available as far as social interaction?
I think we always imagine that help will come sooner or later when we are depressed. It is difficult to get a depressed person to understand that most of the work will have to be done by our own selves when we are ready to begin.
We can hire therapists and friends as guides to rise out of depression, but no one can do it for us.
This makes recovery difficult, and also very rewarding.

Hello, have you spoken to a doctor about how you are feeling.
Depression needs to be diagnosed, and perhaps that is what you have. What you describe does sound like depression, but I urge you to discuss with a doctor. We can support you, but not diagnose. However, having said that, many people here feel as you do.
