I have read lots of views. I have only taken headache tablets as i dont really like taking medication. Up until this point in my life have never taken meds to deal with issues gone down other routes. Talking therapies really.This drug never helped me just gave me a load more issues to deal with severe joint pain feeling of unreality fatigue serious weight gain the panic disorder that they put me on this drug for was still there. I could add to the list. I now feel even stonger about taking medications especially after this withdrawel because what has it done to my body.

Have you read the posts about coming off Effexor?  It affects us all in different ways.  I did it cold turkey, but most people advise you do it very gradually.  Unfortunately the side effects are bad, no two ways about it.
