If welbutrin was making symptoms worse are the new symptoms it caused permanent or will they go away?

When starting an antidepressant it often reported that symptoms are worse and suicidal thoughts, more at risk.

You must give it at least 1 month to get it's full effect. Your symptoms are supposed to go away or maybe you need another antidepressant combined with it since Wellbutrin is only affecting your dopamine and norepinephrine reuptake inhibition. Adding a SSRI is often the choice of psychiatrists in treatment resistant patients treated with Wellburtrin.

wellbutrin made me more anxious which in turn exacerbated my depression. But that went away when i went off of it. Of course this is anecdotal and antidepressants are really finicky.
