How are you getting on now? Do you think you will manage to get to work?
Take care.
You will find friends here who do not judge you, because we too have depression. It is a very lonely place.
Yes we do need friends, but those who have not had depression find it difficult to understand this complex illness. I have also written to you in reply to another question of yours, and have asked for friendship. I am sure there are a lot of people here will do the same, and hopefully that will make you feel less alone. I too feel lonely a great deal, but like you, I do have a cat to keep me company, and thank goodness for that.
Take care dear friend.
I know exactly how you feel. My family can't comprehend how depressed I am. I don't think they believe.me. I can't sustain friendships for too long because you can't hide from true clinical depression. It is really stressful to put on a mask around others and pretend everything is OK..I feel so lonely and want to have people in my life.
sincerely,

I dont have anysocial life/iv been so many times avoided even wheniused to be positive at school i made friends but they all lost contact iv been without friends since 2011 its so difficult :(
I'm glad you are eating good. What about social life?
I understand about parents. Mine never accepted any sickness. It's as if they thought it didn't exist. They were always saying, lazy, or no discipline.
Try to know you'll find the specific treatment you need & you'll get better.
No parent wants to see their child sick. Maybe they're in denial.
Hi thanks my diet is good i drinm water sometimes exercise eat fruit etc....im tired of feeling so exhausted all d time :(i cant function daily my parents dnt understand they think i lie /
There are free support groups thru NAMI. Unfortunately even a antidepressant doesn't seem to work right away. Some can take weeks.
For sleep you can try melatonin. It's sold OTC by the vitamins. How's your diet? Pamela
