im feeling much better

im feeling much better

long story short,

back injury, long term pain med use (opium) back better (chiropractor 5 years 2 x per week) quit pain meds, horrible detox leads to severe depression and insomnia for 7 months.

after trying 3 kinds of anti depressant (all 3 made me feel worse) psychiatrist gives me 'seroquel'  i take it at night and i sleep very well, my depression is going away and i feel alive and hopeful for the first time in over 7 months.

my personal belief is that sleep deprivation can cause many symptoms, and most of them are like depression and anxiety.

good sleep = good mental health.

i believe if we're not sleeping well over a long period of time it could mess with your/my mental health.

sleep is good, great, best.
