my father is suffering from depression and other things that doctors can't figure out

My father is 51 years old and is suffering from depression. He is on pills for this as well as pills for high blood pressure and cholestrol. Over the past few years he has had a serious loss in memory, has trouble rememering things he told you or you told him hours earlier. He also blacks out and gets lite headed when standing up too fast. He has been tested for everything and no doctor has found anything wrong with him. He is getting worse by the day. Has trouble walking some days, can't remember, gets very dizzy, blacks out, has to hold onto things while standing up, etc. I believe it is his pills hes on but none of the doctors seem to think so. Can someone help?

yes, he used to drink a lot while he was taking pills. He has since stopped drinking but the problems continue to get worse and worse.
