Talk to your doctor about possible side effects and whether there is something else that might be better for you. Since you didn't state whether your concern was side effects or efficacy it is hard to answer you. However, if you are reading reviews online then you are only getting what people prefer or don't like. It is not scientific information about the drug and its effects. The only way you will know if it is the right drug for you is to try it.
Some of the commercials are scary because they have to list the serious effects that may have only affected one person. In the PDR, no matter how many people report a side effect all must be listed, which is why they also list percents.
As for taking advice about taking a specific drug from online sources, you don't know the knowledge base of the person, or even their age. You could be taking medical advice from a sixteen year old girl.
