A journal can help, have you thought about cognitive behavioural therapy? I had about 8 sessions of this which really helped change the way i think
Thanks I been wanting to star a journal but I just don't feel it would fix me mentaly I mean maybe it can help me in some way .I just wana get fixed I wana feel like my self again :"( I'm the edge I don't like my self like this everybody tells m they miss my old self n I get emotional idk how to come back
I find going on a brisk walk can help clear your head, or taking a long hot bath. I do take tablets but these are things i used to do before i started taking them for further problems. I used tro write a journal and also have a wishlist that i would look at and remind myself why i want to get better. I work in care and find this is the perfect job for me, its good to be able to see that other people arent having a great time and there is always someone better off than yourself. hope this helps.
I motivate my self because I wana get better I haven't been sleeping properly for 2 days it comes and goes rite now I feel depressed and these thought in my head r bugging me I just wana feel better
The great thing Rony is that you understand what is happening and you want to do something about it,it's the only way to tackle the problem.Do go and see your doctor and get an opinion,but at present try doing things that work for you.Motivate yourself.
