I was on effexor for depression and now i take nothing at all decause i found out i'm pregnant.(unplaned).
is there something else i can take instead of effexor?? i'm not feeling so good.

Dear Corrie. When you talk to your ob Gyn discuss prenatal vitamins, & amino acid supplements. Foods rich in omega3 oil.
Support group helped me. Look up NAMI web site. My group meets once pr week. It's also available to do online. All the best for you & baby. Pamela

Hello there. You will need to discuss this with a doctor. There may be an anti depressant that you can take during your pregnancy, but only a doctor can help you with this. Try and make an appointment soon, and talk it over with a doctor. They know best.
