problems with racing thoughts

I have been treated for depresion and OCD since I was 12. (luvox 300mg). However letely I have been prescribed Seroquel (cound not do it ate everthing in site). Now I an on Geodon to help with the racing thoughts and also aid in sleep therapy, sinceI have had insomnia for 7+ years. I have only been on Geodon 40mg for 10 days. Does anyone know will geodon help me sleep and rid the racing thought?

I suffered from racing thoughts and OCD off and on for yrs. I have been on Paxil for 8 yrs. The Paxil did stop the racing thoughts. But because of weight gain I am going to wean off of the Paxil. If it comes back I'm going to try Prozac. I feel for you. It's an awful feeling to not have peace of mind.
