i'm just keeping myself busy busy, otherwise I will fall if I sit and think
Since when you started feeling like that? Is it a steady feeling? or it comes and goes?

What's your physician's opinion about your situation?
Hi, you do sound depressed. Depression causes us to be angry, sad, edgy, have no interest in things we once enjoyed, no motivation. The best thing you can do is see a psychiatrist for a disgnosis and get into therapy. Some of us have a root cause for our depression, usually something from the past that we either haven't dealt with, or have forgotten. It shows up as depression and/or anxiety and forces us to deal with it. Therapy will help you doscover what this is, deal with it and move on. You'll also learn coping skills and how to think differently. Many of us need medication as well, this is something you and your psychiatrist must decide. You're not alone with this, and we all understand what you're going thru. There is a lot of help for you, so take advantage of it and get your life back, you deserve better than this. Take care.
