sorry.. my comment was for lupu... not gma2
i want you to listen to me... i have a good job... i have good pay... my bosses appreciate me and let me know EVERYDAY that i am invaluable... i have a fantastic husband who loves me and shows me affection.
im telling you all of this becuase i am still depressed and have anxiety attacks on a regular basis... it doesnt matter what you have in life, if you have a chemical imbalance causing depression (and yes stress can add to that) then you wont be happy no matter what. talk to that doctor of yours about depression medication or possibly stress managment. i am not a religious person by any means... but i have started to become friends with God over the past month or two. Talking really helps... even if its to someone you cant see. keep praying...
TNKS ,WE HAVE AN UNEASY LIFE,YOU SEE ME AND MY WIFE ARE CHRISTIANS,WE LIVE IN ISRAEL,WERE WE DONT FEEL HOMELY BECAUSE OF OUR FAITH.
ABOUT WORK,I DID ASK FOR A RASE BUT IT DID NOT HELP,I HAVE BEEN TO SOME DOCTORS.I THINK THE PROBLEM IS STRESS,AND WORRIES.WE PRAY TO THE LORD FOR HELP.

The first thing I would suggest is for you to be proud of yourself.
Count your gratitudes not your baditudes!
You have held a job for 11 years. That is an accomplishment.
Your wife is with you. That is worth working to keep.
You have a paycheck coming in and that (in todays world) is valuable.
Times are really tough on everyone right now and I think you are more than likely feeling that.
Is there a possibility of a pay raise if you asked your boss for one?
Do you have health insurance? Maybe you could get to a dr and see if some depression/anxiety meds would help you.
I hope this helps some.

I feel the same thing from my work..I am trying to walk / jog from work to home and it helps me get rid of some of my stress and worries..and tea..
Hope things get better
