weird question

is anyone else afraid of themselves? I am uneasy being alone or going anywhere alone, i am afraid i will start crying and get hysterical or just plain go nuts or drive myself into a wall or something. I am doing better about being alone at home but still have a real hard time outside the home. I think this is an obsessive thought cuz i've never done anything to harm myself, just the opposite, i'm so afraid of harming myself.

Glad you liked it!

Last week I seen him in concert here in our town. He's truly inspiring.
From birth he has this genetic joint disorder that renders him disabled.
However, this hasn't stopped him from pursuing his dream Music.
He writes the music, the lyrics and he sings. he can also play guitar but in concert is a bit awkward with his physical limitations. And such a nice young man. Got to talk to him.
So humble.
Take care. And post again!

Hey DJ873!

You probably know by now, that you can't believe everything  you think!
So having cleared this, my recommendation is to get a puppy.
You know the kind that are cute and playful and hugable? That's the one.

The fears that you are having,  are all FUTURE based.
What is missing in your life - a lot- is living in the moment.
Should you be able to entirely resolve this , then you automatically have eliminated
your anxiety, your fears and  your agoraphobia.
In other words how can you control the intrusion of thoughts that have to do with
hypothetical situations  placed in the future? And how can you switch to present time
   living and thinking.
Here's the paradox. The absence of thought can help you accomplish this.
Emptying you mind, slowing down your brain and doing absolutely nothing
is probably the best way to do it. And it's called meditation.
One does not need to become a monk or wear a white gown or anything like that to
meditate. The easiest way to meditate is by listening to binaural beats/sounds that
slow down  the brain and bring it to the Theta level ( meditative state).
Conscious breathing - paying attention to your deep breathing- 7" in through the nose, hold for 1" and out through the mouth 7", will also bring you there. Build it up gradually to
1 hour daily  and let me tell you. This will have a huge therapeutic effect on you.
The following  is a gift for all of us:

I will continue with more suggestions another time.
Meanwhile enjoy the video clip and post here again.
