2 Bumps directly above left testicle

Thank you for taking my question as it has scared for months.  On the left side of my skin above my left testicle, I have two bumps similar in color to the skin showing a little redness.  They are about the size of a BB from a BB gun, they are movable while feeling them and are perfectly round.  They do not hurt and do not itch, however, the left side of my testicle sack does itch many times and I scratch it directly over the bumps.  The bumps cannot be popped and I have two of them, the second showing up about 3 months after the other, having both for about six months now and both stopped growing at the size they are now (the BB size).  The rest of my left side of my testicle sack does show more signs of bumps than the right and certainly itches 100% more than the right.
I have no bumps on or near my penis or penis shaft.  I have not shaved my testicle sack for the past month, but did shave for around a year before that.  I have seen a family doctor (not a dermatologist) and he has told me to wait a month and return, but he did not seem incredible alerted.  I myself am very alerted and would very much appreciate any input concerning what they are and how to rid myself of them.  Thank you very much!

Thank you very much for your comments.  I will be seeing my family doctor in about 2 weeks and I will see a dermatologist as well.  I will keep you posted.

Thank you,

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be a cyst or a benign tumor like a lipoma.

I would suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get a FNAC of the lump done to confirm the diagnosis.Treatment depends on the diagnosis.

I hope that helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
