A Fungal infection question.

First of all, I would like to thank any one in advance for taking the time and reading this..really appreciate it!
I think i have a fungal infection, but it doesn't itch at all or burn...nothing I don't feel anything at all the only reason why i think i have a fungal infection is because of the physical symptoms...but anyway can it be a fungal infection if it doesn't itch or burn? or that has to be present to be infected with a fungi?

well its like that in both of my feet...its by the middle /side of my feet. and when it comes to odor no i don't think there is tried smelling it but it does not smell like anything.
