What are the causes of anal swelling and the cure?

Hello,
There can be many reasons for this anal swelling. It can be due to hemorrhoids, fissure, anorectal abscess, proctatitis, rectal prolapsed or Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. Anal fissure and hemorrhoids are the most common causes of anal pain and swelling from the anus. Depending on their location, they can be internal(rectum) or external(near anus) hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids are usually painless. Diagnosed by clinical examination, Per rectal examination and anoscopy.
