Am I going to lose hair at a young age?

Hi there! I am 19 years old and going to be 20 next month... over the years I've noticed that a few but little hair falls out when I wash my hair. Just in the past few weeks I've noticed lots of my hair falling out! I can see my scalp but I can't tell how bad it is as I didnt take notice of it before. Majority of my older brother's hair is gone completely but its clear that it is in our genes as my dad used to have the same thing. My hair doesn't look like it's falling out as I didn't have any responses from people but the amount that is falling out is quite concerning me in the long term.
What can I do to take extra care of my hair before it's too late?
