Hi,
I had this exact same problem as a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys girl as well. I was born with an 'inny' belly button that would push out and cause me severe stomach pains. I was diagnosed with an umbilical hernia at age three, and doctors told my mother that if in a year the problem had not subsided, I was to have surgery. Within that year my mother discovered that pushing my belly button back in caused my stomach discomfort to go away. When I went back to the doctors to re-evaluate they decided the hernia had healed on its own. I have not had a problem since.
I would ask your doctor about this and possibly surgery to fix the problem.
