severe chect cysts

hi, i have been havinng acne problem since i was 18.About four years ago,some painful acne developed on my chest and it was so painful that i could not touch.i did not treat it and now it has grown into large cysts.i have sought several medical treatment but i have never gotten a solution. Can you plis recommend some cream that i can apply so that it disappear?

Hello,
They may be boils or infected cysts. Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a gynecologist as you may need incision and drainage.
