Reading all your stories is all too familiar and suffer with the liquid filled blisters that spread once popped do scab and heal but takes weeks to get better and leaves a scar. The recorrences are in the same place so never gives the skin a chance to heal completely. I was told its cold sores and use the aciclovir cream and patches to control the outbreak which does help but because I scar easily my skin is is a mess!! I do not know the trigger but believe sun light and stress do aggregate it which can't be avoided so like many of you I'm stuffed. Age 30 and suffered for 2 years, very miserable :'(

I would just like to say thank you to all who have posted here. You information had certainly raised my hopes that people will stop staring at me and the blisters on my face.
God bless you all!

i have same problem i have good skin never have spots but now in the last 4 months i get this on my forehead seem to come more if im tired or stressed so mum of 4 that is all the time it is getting me very low HELP PLEASE jen.
I had these same blisters. I went to the dermatologist and he immediately said it was an allergic reaction to fluoride. I started using an all natural toothpaste and the went away and have never returned. I was 30 when the diagnosis was made. I just turned 40 yrs old and still have never had another problem. It is worth a try.
I have had the EXACT same thing you are describing for the last four years and it has been absolutely AWFUL!!!! I have been to a MILLION dermatologists and specialists and NO one seems to know what it is- I have been diagnosed and misdiagnosed with impetigo but my doctors have finallly admitted they just cannot figure it out. it has been somewhat under control as i now take monocycline once a day (solodyn worked better tho) and am on metro gel to treat rosacea, and claritin to prevent any hives from coming (because they always start out as hives). Have you found anything else that has worked for you? I definitely notice I get them more when I am run down/stressed/drank a lot in a weekend. But it really makes me SO depressed and I don't know what to do anymore....... Any feedback you could give me would be SO appreciated.
