Blisters on shoulders and arms

Hi all, please help I had 3 different encounters with different sexworkers each. I dont drink or smoke or  use drugs. hence I am totally aware I dint indulge in any oral activity including kissing on all encounters. 1st encounter 5-6 strokes using condom protection, 2nd  2 strokes not much of skin exposure condom protected, 3rd 15-20 strokes condom protected. Have some many recurring skin blisters all through my shoulders and arms, some parts of torso as well.Legs always itchy skin.Lot of them Two blisters occur side by side. Rest alone and very big leaving bad ugly marks. Is it skin cancer or aids, should I check for all possible stds? Is it contamination of my blood. I dont know cant take this any longer, PLEASE HELP.They are not manageable. Earlier was treated for scabies with prometherin solution double application, the itching has reduced since then. But still persists now in lesser quantity. First it starts with itchiness, then rash red, then blister, its never a cluster a large single or a couple always? Recently had one at my thigh, is it going to spread all over my body?really scared now if its a major skin disease. PLEASE HELP. All the time I get very big blurps, and burning while passing stools/excreting. What could this be should I test for all STD's and is there a cure?
