Blood Blister 2 months old

Hello, this "blood blister" show up (i dont remember if it show up in the same day or one day later) after a mechanical shock (my brother close the bedroom's door and it hit my hand), some minutes passed and i was ok, the pain was gone. But the problem is it is up since 20th or 23th november of 2014, so for about 2 months and few days... i read about blood blisters and some doctors said that a blood blister lasts between 2 or 2,5 weeks. Can u say if you think its something else than a blood blister or some blood blisters can last that long. Thanks in advance.
