Blood Blisters?

My husband also has a bump on his scrotum that resembles a pencil eraser with a purplish color. If he squeezes it, it bleeds. I saw some things that said forcydes and angiokeratoma, but those seemed to be more common with multiple tiny bumps and he just has one pencil eraser sized purple bump. Also, when I look up angiofibromas it does not say anything about them being located on the scrotum but on cheeks and nose.

From the symptoms it can be a blood blister, pyogenic granuloma or angiokeratoma. Although pyogenic granuloma usually effects the oral mucosa, but in some cases it can be found on thighs and skin also. Excision and cuatery may be needed to remove them. Please get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
