Blemish on head of penis.

I just noticed about 1 week ago I had like a red skin blemish on the head of my penis, nearest to the base of the head.
about 2 days later it formed into a small flat, a bit shiny even, spot or lump. slight raised off the skin of the head.
It's still slightly red it's probably about 1-2mm in size.

I have had something similar before, about 6 or months ago. I don't know how long it was there for, no more than 2 weeks absolute maximum and it just sort of dried up and went away.

I have been with the same girl for 14 months and never been with anyone else in that time.

It does not it itch or is not sore. I can't really tell if there is fluid in there either. I have picked at it, looks like it's just skin.

What could this be??

Not likely--those are usually multiple, and occur primarily on the thighs and pubic region, not just singly on the penis.  Dr. Rockoff

Do a search for MOLLUSCUM CONTAGIOSUM, It is a harmless skin infection, check it out this maybe what it is, as I have a simmilar problem and this is what it turned out to be.

Not herpes.  It's probably a minor friction irritation that you picked at.  Leave it alone, moisturize with vaseline or equivalent, and I expect it will go away in a few days.  If it doesn't, perhaps you should show it to a doctor.
