Blue spots on penis

Hi
I am little bit worried as i have noticed that i have about 4 darker spots on my penis head.. Its looks like broose marks but small and blue..
Any idea what it might be?

These may be small hematomas or bruises. As bluish and purplish spots may actually suggest a vascular  origin. In this case, this may not be something you have to be very worried about. Unless  redness, swelling and pain are present. This does not seem to need immediate intervention.

Just continue to observe the skin condition. If these are hematoma, they should be small enough to resolve spontaneously.

Was there any history of trauma to the area?
