I to struggle with this and it is making me crazy.  I just now found a name for it.  Since it involves cervical spine problems, it makes sense that chirotractic adjustments would help.  Has anyone tried chiropractics?

I'm very interested to see if that has helped anyone.

Ive seen two doctors so far and they dont seen to know about this - drink lots of water and use steroid cream. Should I ask for a referral. There is a definite pain at the back of my neck.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
No cure has been found for brachioradial pruritis. The only thing that seems to help most sufferers is the application of ice to the area until the itch is diminished. Other treatments include cooling lotions like those containing camphor or menthol, capsacain or local anesthetic creams, amitriptyline and gabapentin tablets and electrical cutaneous nerve field stimulation.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
