Hello,
One possibility for your symptoms is nipple dermatitis. The other causes are dermatitis or eczema. If there is any discharge from the nipple along with dry flaky skin, then paget’s disease needs to be ruled out.

Wear cotton clothes, apply some good quality moisturizers or plain Vaseline and take some antihistaminic like Benadryl. If the symptoms persist then please get an evaluation done from a dermatologist as soon as possible. Also get a culture sensitivity of the nipple discharge done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
