Bright Red Scar Like Marks on Foreskin

About two months ago about 5 or 6 bright red, scar like marks have appeared on one single side of my foreskin.
They are smooth and shiny, do not burn, or itch or hurt,
I would think it would be HPV, but they are nothing like anything I have seen online.
Please help?

Hi and welcome. It would be best to have a doctor check this out to make sure all is ok. Could be a simple fungal infection. Have your been having unprotected sex lately?
