I have become very stressed over what looks like a few freckles on the shaft of my penis and testicles. I have two on my testicles, and I'm pretty sure they have always been there, but I have been going nuts over the possibility of them being genital warts. The reason I have been stressed is because I had unprotected oral sex performed on me a month ago. They don't itch at all, but I have become so freaked out that I think my mind is telling me that they have just appeared. To be honest, I never really looked down there until I got worried. Now, it seems that I'm popping off to the bathroom every few hours to see if they have grown or spread (which they haven't). None of the genital warts pictures I have seen even come close to resembling what I have. They are brown to dark brown, and look just like the age spots/cafe-au-lait spots that I have intermitently all over my body. A few on my face, a few on my arms, legs, shoulders, etc. (I am 26.) They do not appear to raise of of my skin. In fact, they stretch out a little when I stretch the skin around it. There is one dark brown one on the shaft of my penis, which I am positive has been there since high school (when I wasn't even sexually active). Aside from that I had been in a monogamous relationship for two years until two month agos. My ex, did not have anything as far as I know, and gave birth to our son without complications. I think I might be going nuts over nothing, but will likely go to the doctor soon. I'm just tired of being so stressed over the whole thing.
Secondly, ever since I switched to boxers, I noticed that the skin on my testicles gets very red during the course of the day and they occasionally itch. I thought it was jock itch, and used the creams infrequently, which didn't seem to work. I AM VERY SWEATY DOWN THERE. After showers, they don't itch at all. In fact, I was thinking that they itch only because of the sweat and the fact that every time I sit down, my boxers ride into my crotch. Sorry for the detail, but any thoughts would be appreciated. (This isn't much of a concern at all, just curious.)
