Hello,
These spots can be due to penile melanotic macule. It is a small, sharply circumscribed, pigmented macule surrounded by normal-appearing skin.
You cannot remove them at home. Cryosurgery using liquid nitrogen and laser are the main treatment modalities. I would recommend a dermatologist’s consultation for this.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
Penile and genital melanotic macules are totally harmless and the cause of their occurrence is not exactly known. It is thought to be sun exposure but since it is found on those areas which are not frequently sun exposed, so this thought is not feasible.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

If it is this penile melanotic macule is it normal or dangerous? And what could be the reasons why do they appear?
