Bruise and zit?

Three days ago, I had oral sex from a stranger. Yesterday, I noticed what appeared to be a bruise on the right upper side of my shaft and what felt to be a zit on the lower left portion of my shaft.

The thing that looks like a zit feels like a zit and there is no pain.

Are these symptoms of an STD?
