Bug bites or Ringworm?

Hello,
A couple weeks ago I started noticing pain while sitting down, and I looked in the mirror and there was a dark or red hole surrounded by dark red on the back of my upper thigh. Another one showed up on my other thigh on the front, and then a couple more by the original one. I had been sleeping in my Uncle's basement in North Dakota, and I started sleeping in a different room in case it was a spider. These pics are what they look like now, they are maybe the size of a quarter. Also, how should i treat them?
