Bumps at top of buttocks

Ok so this started maybe a week ago with the top of crack (for lack of better term) itching. Then I noticed that some small bumps started to form. Fast forward today and they have gotten fairly large. I would say a few mm wide. Some of them where close to another and have "merged". These are superficial on the surface. The imfection or whatever it is, isnt deep. I have had staph before and it doesn't feel deep like that. Also my groin is a little sore. I'm guessing that is my lymph nodes. No fever. They are more rounded and not open like a sore.

Any help would be appreciated.
