Bumps in pubic area

I have a few bumps in my pubic area. They won't go away and they've been there for like 6 months now. I have one main one that has, what looks like, multiple bumps out together. I'm 18, male, and I am sexually active. But my partner was a virgin and hasn't been with anyone else and neither have I. So I'm not sure about an STD. I'll post a picture of it below.

I just did this morning. I do every other day and they never go away. Any other suggestions? :(

Hi. I know this sounds really weird but cud it be ingrowing hairs? Have u shaved there before?
