Bumps on Head of Penis, Please Help..

Hello, Im a 20 year old male and i've recently had something pop up on my penis head. It first started out as one bump on the curb of the head of the penis if its even the same thing and then I noticed I had these reddish/skin colored bumps on the top of the head of the penis, then I had two more large bumps appear on the side and then one of the other side. Whatever it is it is definitely spreading visibly. My dermatologist can not tell me what it is, ive been several times and had several STD tests done, all which have been negative I need to go back for my other AIDS/HIV test I took a few weeks back but im pretty sure that is good. Ive been diagnosed with Chlamytdia once and I've also had molluscum but these bumps do not resemble my MC. I have uploaded pics if you can look at them and hopefully tell me what this is? I'm going insane and this has cost me almost thousands of dollars getting this and the MC looked at. Please help me dr. rockoff..
