Bumps on chest please help

Hi,
I have a question. I have an appointment on wednesday to see a dermatologist about multiple small bumps on my chest and a line running down to my belly button. I'm wondering should i be worried about it, the bumps are relatively small and skin toned. I'm thinking maybe a bad case of acne, since i had a case when i was a teen but since my face been clear for years. For every once in a while, a distance apart a pimple will form but gone after 2-4 days. Hope you can help...this appointment determines a lot. thanks in advance

Thanks for the comment, and i don't know if i may have left it out, but the bumps for majority don't itch or cause rashes. Because of my work and exercise, i do sweat a lot but it seems to not have an effect on the bumps. I tried antibacterial cream before and really didn't much results from it. They don't cause pain or much problem but its not the most thing to look at

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

This could be miliaria or sweat rash, which presents with small and sometimes itchy rashes that occur at  the face, neck, chest, back, and body folds. Miliaria is a common ailment in hot and humid conditions and usually resolve. Try to avoid activities that induce sweating and avoid hot and humid weather. Topical antibacterials or antibacterial soaps may also help. If it persists, have this evaluated further for proper management. Direct clinical examination is essential.

Take care and regards.
